Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be made within 48hrs of service.  if you cancel your appointment  before 48 hours of your service, your deposit will go towards your rescheduuled/ next appointment.  If you cancel your appointment inside of the 48 hr window, you will lose your deposit. 

All services that require full payment at the time you make your scheduled appointment, must be cancelled 72 hours before service. If you cancel within 72 hours of service, your payment will go towards your rescheduled or next service.

Due to the high demand for our services, we can not extend time if you are late. Your massage starts promptly at your scheduled time.
