We provide 60 and 90 min, deep tussue and Swedish massage services to men, which they can book on the app. 


Men who want a 2hr , 2.5hr and 3hr massage, please contact the office via text, to coordinate a scheduled day and time where there will  be a female licensed Massage Therapist available  to handle your massage  request. Men 2-3hr massages are usually done on a Monday before 4pm and after 6pm  (IMPORTANT NOTE FOR MEN) There is no room for inappropriate behavior in the slightest bit!!! There are NO HAPPY ENDINGS  The owner is always on the premisis and will remove you immediately with no refund if the LMT feels that you are not being a gentleman.

Must have parking in front of the home or secure parking. Sorry In advance, but I do not do small apt elevators. The neighborhood has to be a pretty safe neighborhood. Home or apt, must be clean with a big enough size room to conduct your amazing massage with plenty of move around room.  If the room is in a basemnet, there has to be access to the outside from the room.  My requirements are set, so my client/ clients will have a very amazing massage.

PRENATAL MASSAGE

 Your therapist will use gentle techniques, such as the Swedish massage, to relieve tension and discomfort during pregnancy.  The therapist will avoid deep pressure and instead use light, firm, and sweeping strokes to improve circulation, reduce swelling, alleviate muscle pain, and promote relaxation.  The therapist is well skilled at making your prenatal massage  an absolutely amazing experience.

Each massage comes with, if wanted a glute massage, basic foot massage, face massage, scalp massage and breast, chest or pectorial massage.

LADIES DAY/ NIGHT OUT MASSAGE PARTIES AT ESSENCE

We have a large space where you and your friends ( up to 7 can come and enjoy each other while receiving an amazing massage. You can bring food, drinks, games ect. We will provide the table and chairs.

A gluteal massage is when the massage therapist works on the buttocks to help with muscle tension. We carry a lot of tension in our buttock area from sitting, bad posture among other different reasons. This is one of the main causes of lower back issues, stiffness of the hips and movement mobility. When receiving a gluteal massage, it is recommended that the client either wear a thong or nothing at all. Why? Because of a few reasons: 1. The therapist has to stop and move the underwear out of the way, restricting a smooth flow, which is important when working from the lower back down the gluteal muscles. 2. Having on underwear causes the massage therapist’s hands to rub against the underwear causing discomfort to the massage therapist hand. 3. It can be uncomfortable for the client as the therapist has to try and position the underwear in between the client’s buttocks to gain full access to the buttocks causing a wedgie.  However, it’s all about you feeling comfortable and it is important that you undress to your comfort level.

You may undress to your comfort level, as your feeling comfortable is my main priority. I am very good at draping/ covering you to maintain your privacy.  It also depends on what type of massage a client is looking for.  80% of my clients prefer their massages without clothing on/ nude under the sheet for a consistant massage flow.  Again, it is of the utmost importance that you undress to your comfort level.  Either way, you will always be covered  and drapped  where your private areas will not be exposed. 

I want men and women to experience an amazing massage for a fraction of what other places charge.  Self care should not be a luxury or a treat but an affordable lyfestyle that people get monthly or every 6  weeks.  I love what I do, and I love taking care of people. In some cases, yes they can, and it’s completely normal. Touch administered to any part of the body can activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which can result in  arousal. It is nothing to be embarrassed about. A truly professional massage therapist knows this and is not shocked by what the body does during a massage. In other words, a true professional massage therapist will make sure that no matter what your body does as a result of your massage there is no judgement and that you are in a safe place. Just to add, some massages will cause the body to pass gas while on the table. Again, nothing to be embarrassed about.

It is believed, but not a scientific fact, that trauma and difficult emotions can, in fact, become literally stuck energy in the body. When the nerve endings in our tissues are stimulated, it's not uncommon that the stimulation releases trapped emotional and traumatic energy.
